Fee: $100 with initial commission application; $25 per remaining commission year if added mid-commission (8 AAC 88.020(b))

KBA spec: minimum 5 questions, 5 answer choices each, 80% pass, 2-minute limit, one retry within 24 hours (8 AAC 88.040(c)). Biometric not prescribed
