Travel fee allowed if agreed in advance and disclosed as separate/not mandated. Fee schedule must be conspicuously displayed (≥12-point type); no charge allowed for absentee-ballot/voter-registration notarizations; RON notary must be physically in Missouri (RSMo 486.1155)
