Sign on your behalf
Authorized signatory for contracts, NDAs, MSAs, partnership letters, and other commercial agreements that need a wet signature in the U.S.
If your company sells software, hardware, or international-trade services into the U.S. but doesn't have an office in Washington yet, we are the local hands and signature on your behalf — meetings, contract signings, on-site visits, and the in-person handshake your buyer expects.
Commercial representation is what happens after the deal is agreed: someone has to sign the paper, show up at the meeting, and translate what was actually said back to your HQ. We do that within whatever scope you authorize — and not a sentence beyond it.
Authorized signatory for contracts, NDAs, MSAs, partnership letters, and other commercial agreements that need a wet signature in the U.S.
We show up at your buyer, partner, or distributor's office for kickoff, QBRs, demo days, inspections and milestone signings — with a written debrief by the next morning.
Pick the structure that matches the engagement. We bill flat or hourly — never on commission, never on equity. Your deal is your deal; we just sign the paper.

Prices in U.S. dollars. We are not a brokerage and do not work on commission, equity, or success fees — flat or hourly only. Limited powers of attorney drafted to suit your in-house counsel; no general POAs accepted.
Both, depending on scope. The representation agreement spells out exactly what you authorize — single signings, ongoing limited agency, or a hybrid where day-to-day filings are ours and material contracts come back to your HQ for sign-off.

Yes — and we wouldn't accept one if offered. Engagements are scoped to specific documents or specific meetings. We'll work with your counsel to draft the narrowest authority that gets the job done.
No. We are a flat-fee / hourly service. We do not sell on your behalf as a commission agent and do not accept equity in lieu of fees. Your upside is your upside.
