The representation agreement spells out exactly what you authorize — single signings, ongoing limited agency, or a hybrid where day-to-day filings are ours and material contracts come back to your HQ for sign-off. ### How is this different from your registered-agent service? Registered agent is a Washington-state-mandated mailbox for legal service of process. Commercial representation is what happens after — a person who can show up, sign within scope, and translate what your U.S. counterparty actually said in the meeting. ### We can't grant a general power of attorney.
