How the signer is identified: (1) Notary's personal knowledge; (2) oath/affirmation of a credible witness personally known to the notary; or (3) multi-factor authentication = presentation of government-issued ID + credential analysis + identity proofing by KBA (AS 44.50.075(b)(1)(C)).
