One digitally signed PDF
Signed with a certificate on the Adobe Approved Trust List (AATL), so Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader show a valid, trusted signature anywhere in the world — and flag the file the moment anyone edits it.
A Washington State notary public opens the web address you give us, captures the page exactly as it is displayed, and certifies the screenshots with a notarial certificate — delivered as one digitally signed PDF you can forward to a court, a lawyer, a marketplace or an insurer.
$25 per web page
Web pages change and disappear. A listing is edited, a review is deleted, a price is corrected, a post is taken down — and a screenshot you took yourself proves little, because anyone can edit an image. A notarized screenshot fixes what a page showed at a specific moment, witnessed and certified by an impartial public officer.
The notary personally visits the address in a clean browser session, records the date and time, captures the full page, and issues a copy certification stating that the attached images are a true and accurate reproduction of what was displayed. The certificate and the screenshots are bound into a single PDF and signed with an Adobe-trusted digital certificate, so any later change to the file breaks the seal.
The certification covers what was displayed at the stated web address on the stated date and time, as the notary saw it. It does not say that the content is true, who published it, or that a court or agency will accept it — those depend on the recipient's rules. We do not give legal advice; if you are not sure a notarized screenshot is what your case needs, ask the person who asked you for it.

A copy certification signed by a Washington State notary public: the web address, the date and time of the capture (Pacific Time), the number of pages captured, and the notary's commission details and seal.
Full-page captures of the web page as it was displayed, embedded in the same signed PDF as attachments — the certificate and the evidence travel together and cannot be separated without breaking the signature.

That the attached screenshots are a true and accurate reproduction of what was displayed at the stated web address on the stated date and time, as viewed by the notary. The notary does not verify that the content of the page is true, who published it, or how a court, agency or other recipient will treat it — check their requirements before you order.
No. We capture only pages that are publicly reachable without signing in, and we never use your username or password. Content that varies by visitor — personalized feeds, prices shown after login, region-locked pages — may not appear the way you see it. Describe what you need in the details field and we will tell you up front whether a capture will work.
Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader: the signature panel shows the notary's name, the signing time and a valid, trusted status, because the certificate is on the Adobe Approved Trust List (AATL). Editing the file invalidates the signature. Most requests are delivered within one business day — mention a deadline in the details if you have one.
Tell us the address and how to reach you. Already have an account? Sign in and we will use the contact details on file.
Send us the web address and a line about where it is going — we will say up front whether a capture will work for that page and what the recipient will see. Most replies go out within a few business hours.
