You receive a status update by email after every attempt — successful or not. 4. When the document is served, we draft the affidavit of service, notarize it ourselves, and send you a digitally signed PDF for filing. 5. If service cannot be made after the agreed attempts, we deliver a notarized affidavit of non-service that documents the diligence — useful for service-by-publication motions. ## Common questions ### Are you a registered process server? Yes. Service is performed by an active Washington notary public who meets the CR 4(c) requirement of being over 18 and not a party to the action. King County, Snohomish County, and Washington Supreme Court rules are followed for affidavit form. ### Do you serve evictions and protection orders? Yes.
