Records we retrieve

Almost every certified U.S. record can be ordered, paid for, and walked through the right registrar's window. The categories below are the ones we handle weekly.

Vital records

Birth, death, marriage, and divorce certificates from any U.S. state vital records office or county-level registrar.

Court records

Certified copies of judgments, divorce decrees, name changes, probate orders, and adoption decrees from county and state courts.

Apostille for foreign use

If your destination country is a Hague Convention member, we route the certified record through the right Secretary of State or U.S. Department of State for apostille — and ship it out the same day.

How it works

  1. 01Email us at notary@andrii.co with the record type, the full name on the record, the place and approximate date of the event, and the destination country (if any). We confirm the right registrar and the exact filing fee within an hour during business hours.
  2. 02We send you a short authorization form — most states require a notarized request from the record subject or a person of legal interest. We can notarize it the same day in Bothell or by mobile across Greater Seattle.
  3. 03We place the order, pay the registrar, and track it daily. You receive an email update at every milestone — order placed, record located, record in hand.
  4. 04If the destination is abroad, we route the record through the WA Secretary of State (for WA-issued records) or the appropriate state authority for apostille — and ship it out the same day it arrives.
  5. 05You receive the certified record by tracked mail (and a digitally signed PDF where applicable). Total turnaround is dictated by the slowest registrar — we tell you the realistic clock up front.

Common questions

Can you get a record from any U.S. state?

Yes. We have routed records through every state vital-records office, plus federal agencies like USCIS and the Department of State. Each state has its own forms, fees, and authorization rules — we handle that paperwork end-to-end.

Do I need to be the person on the record?

Most states require the record subject, a parent, child, spouse, or a person with documented legal interest (e.g. an estate executor) to authorize the request. We send you the right authorization form for the state involved and notarize it for you over RON.

How is the apostille handled if my record was issued out of state?

Apostilles must come from the state that issued the record (or, for federal documents, the U.S. Department of State). We route the document to the correct authority and ship the apostilled original to your destination — including international courier if needed.

Was your record issued in another state or country? Our apostille handbook has the fee, the payee, the mailing address and the turnaround for every issuing authority in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
