How it works
- 01Email us at notary@andrii.co with the record type, the full name on the record, the place and approximate date of the event, and the destination country (if any). We confirm the right registrar and the exact filing fee within an hour during business hours.
- 02We send you the agency's authorization form and explain what it asks for — a Washington birth or death certificate, for example, is released to us only on a qualified applicant's signed authorization. If the form must be notarized, have it notarized by an independent notary of your choice: we cannot notarize a form that names us, in person or online.
- 03We place the order, pay the registrar, and track it daily. You receive an email update at every milestone — order placed, record located, record in hand.
- 04If the destination is abroad, we route the record through the WA Secretary of State (for WA-issued records) or the appropriate state authority for apostille — and ship it out the same day it arrives.
- 05You receive the certified record by tracked mail (and a digitally signed PDF where applicable). Total turnaround is dictated by the slowest registrar — we tell you the realistic clock up front.

Common questions
Can you get a record from any U.S. state?
Not directly. We retrieve Washington records — from the Washington State Department of Health, county health departments and auditors, and the courts of the counties listed above. For a record issued in another state, we tell you which office issues it and what it requires; once it is in hand, we can route it for that state's apostille.
Do I need to be the person on the record?
In Washington, birth and death certificates go only to qualified applicants — such as the person on the record, a parent, child, spouse, or legal representative — or to a representative they authorize; marriage and divorce certificates are unrestricted. We send you the right form and explain what it asks for. If it must be notarized, an independent notary of your choice notarizes it, not us.
How is the apostille handled if my record was issued out of state?
Apostilles must come from the state that issued the record (or, for federal documents, the U.S. Department of State). We route the document to the correct authority and ship the apostilled original to your destination — including international courier if needed.
