공증인이 등록해야 하는 사항

Yes (notification model) — before performing remote notarial acts, "a notary public shall notify the secretary of state that the notary public will perform notarial acts with respect to … a remotely located person and identify the electronic notarization systems" (WS 32-3-120(g)); no separate remote registration fee (notary application/renewal fee $60)

WS 32-3-102(a)(xxxi)(B): personal knowledge; credible witness; or at least two different technologies/processes from: dynamic KBA, credential analysis, identity proofing (facial recognition, voice analysis, or fingerprint biometrics), or valid public key certificate

수수료 상한

일반 공증 행위: $10.00 USD

Max RON fee: $10.00 notarial fee per act (same cap as in-person) PLUS a separate technology fee permitted with no set amount, if agreed in advance and disclosed as "neither specified nor mandated by law" (WS 32-3-126(b)(iii)) — no single all-in cap. Max standard fee: "Not more than ten dollars ($10.00) per notarial act"; $10.00 per acknowledgment/signature/oath/certification/protest when multiple persons appear on a single record (WS 32-3-126(b)(i)-(ii)); travel fee allowed up to IRS standard mileage rate, agreed in advance and disclosed (WS 32-3-126(b)(iv)). Technology and travel fees must be agreed before the act and disclosed as separate from the notarial fee
