Why we offer this

This offer is made in loving memory of Victoria Tereshchenko. Settling an estate often means signatures and apostilles for a court, a bank or a registry in another country — at a time when every errand feels heavy. For as long as the offer runs, we would like to carry that part for you.

Our notary confirms eligibility before anything is charged

When you book, tick the box saying the documents are for an inheritance or estate matter. Payment stays closed until our notary has reviewed the order. If it is not eligible, we tell you the regular price first, and you decide whether to go ahead.

02

What $1.99 covers

The notarization

The notarial acts for the documents on your order, performed by a Washington-commissioned Notary Public.

The Washington apostille

We file your documents with the Washington Secretary of State and pay the state's apostille fees for you.

Shipping to any destination

We send the finished documents where they need to go — within the United States or abroad, international courier included.

Who it is for

Documents for an inheritance or estate matter, for example:

  • a power of attorney to accept, refuse or manage an inheritance, in the United States or abroad
  • affidavits and declarations for a probate or estate case
  • apostilles on death certificates, wills or court papers for use in another country
  • papers for transferring a deceased person's home, accounts or vehicle

We notarize and apostille; we do not give legal advice or prepare documents. If you are not sure whether your documents qualify, ask us before you book.
