Point the camera at a document and the fields below fill themselves — it tells apart an apostille, a notary-journal certificate, and an ID (passport MRZ or driver-license barcode), keeping the highest-confidence reading while it streams. Everything also works by typing, and every recognizer runs on-device — no image leaves the phone.
No order found by number? Read the notary certificate's journal id and search by that, then record the apostille onto the matched document.
Find the customer, then capture their name, date of birth, and passport / ID details (the live scan fills these from a passport or driver license). Saving merges these fields — it never erases anything the scan didn't set.
Stored as encrypted admin-only PII; only the merged fields change.
Record what you did with a document or a container: verify contents (QA), put a document in / take it out, pick it up into the car (it then follows your live location), or drop it at a place (it stays there). The customer's “Where is my document?” updates live.
