IPs currently blocked from sign-up and all website usage. Manual bans are ones you added here; auto bans are vulnerability scanners the edge caught probing for exploits — these expire on their own. Each is enriched with its location, network, and Tor/proxy/abuse reputation. Blocking is the only place IP intelligence enforces anything — sign-in itself is never blocked by a Tor/abuse flag, only recorded.
Auto bans are enforced in-app only — they are not pushed to the GCP edge firewall. Promote an auto ban to make it durable and edge-blocked, or it promotes itself automatically once it has wasted about 2 MB of blocked-request traffic (so the network edge, not the VM, absorbs a persistent hammerer). A manual promotion stays until you unblock it; an automatic one is time-boxed (about 30 days) so it can't permanently blackhole a recycled address.
