Each web page (and the native app) stamps an X-Client-Build header on its API calls. This page lets you mark known builds allowed or expired and choose whether to enforce a minimum — when enforced, a stale page is asked to safely reload. Enforcement is OFF by default, so no client is ever blocked until you turn it on.
Default is Off — nothing is blocked, versions are only recorded. Block expired rejects only builds you marked expired. Allowlist only rejects anything not explicitly allowed (a request with no version header is rejected too).
Add a build and mark it allowed or expired. Path-encoded on delete.

Live builds we have seen call the API but that are not in the allowed set, most-frequent first. Kept in memory (most-recent 250 distinct). Triage with one tap.
