Switching from another registered agent is free — we'll prepare the WA Statement of Change and file it for $25 (the state fee). Cancel any time; we don't refund prepaid years but we won't fight you.

How it works
- 01Email us at notary@andrii.co with your entity name, UBI number (if you have one), and which Washington filing type you need (LLC, PLLC, corporation). We confirm everything and send a one-page service agreement.
- 02If you're forming a new entity, we list our Bothell address as the registered agent on your Certificate of Formation. If you're switching from another agent, we file a Statement of Change with the WA Secretary of State on your behalf.
- 03From day one, every state notice, lawsuit, and Annual Report reminder lands at our office, gets opened the same day, and is scanned to your secure portal — with a same-day email summary.
- 04We send proactive reminders 60 / 30 / 7 days before your Annual Report is due (April 1 for many entities) so you never pay the WA $25 late fee or risk administrative dissolution.
- 05If anything that requires immediate attention arrives — a service of process, a tax lien, an injunction — we call you on the phone before the email even hits your inbox.

Common questions
Why can't I just use my home address?
You can — but the registered agent's name and address become public record on the Secretary of State website. They also have to be open during business hours year-round (RCW 23.95.450). Using us keeps your home off the public record and keeps your registered office staffed when you're not there.
What if I'm forming the entity right now?
Even better — we'll send you the exact text to put in your Certificate of Formation, and we'll be ready to receive at the Bothell address the moment your entity is approved. We don't charge extra for the formation step itself.
Can I switch my registered agent mid-year, or do I have to wait?
Switch any time. Filing a Statement of Change with the WA Secretary of State takes about a week and costs $25 (state fee) — we prepare and file the document with no service charge from our side. Your previous agent's role ends on the effective date you choose.
Can you accept FedEx or UPS deliveries for my entity?
Yes, within reason. Routine business correspondence and small packages are no extra charge. For ongoing parcel-receiving — drop-shipping returns, recurring shipments, warehousing — please ask up front; that's a different service we'll quote separately.
