How it works

  1. 01Email the documents and a working address (or last-known address) to notary@andrii.co, plus the case caption and your filing deadline. We confirm coverage and the right tier within an hour during business hours.
  2. 02We accept service, log the file, and run the first attempt — within 24 hours for Rush and Same-Day, within the window for Standard.
  3. 03Each attempt is timestamped and GPS-tagged. You receive a status update by email after every attempt — successful or not.
  4. 04When the document is served, we draft the affidavit of service, notarize it ourselves, and send you a digitally signed PDF for filing.
  5. 05If service cannot be made after the agreed attempts, we deliver a notarized affidavit of non-service that documents the diligence — useful for service-by-publication motions.

Common questions

Are you a registered process server?

Yes. Service is performed by an active Washington notary public who meets the CR 4(c) requirement of being over 18 and not a party to the action. King County, Snohomish County, and Washington Supreme Court rules are followed for affidavit form.

Do you serve evictions and protection orders?

Yes. Eviction notices under RCW 59.12 and 59.18 are routine, including same-day service when a 3-day pay-or-vacate is on the clock. Protection orders are handled with the discretion the matter requires.

What if you can't find the person?

We run up to 4 attempts at varied times of day. If service is not made, you receive a notarized affidavit of non-service with timestamps and GPS records — the documentation a court needs to authorize service by publication or alternative means.

Do you handle out-of-state subpoenas?

Yes — once the foreign subpoena is domesticated under the Uniform Interstate Depositions and Discovery Act (UIDDA), we serve the Washington-issued subpoena like any local one.

Ready when you are

Have a deadline? Send the documents.

Most Rush and Same-Day requests are picked up within an hour during business hours. If your filing window closes today, call — don't email.
