Almost every certified U.S. record can be ordered, paid for, and walked through the right registrar's window. The categories below are the ones we handle weekly.
Birth, death, marriage, and divorce certificates from any U.S. state vital records office or county-level registrar.
Certified copies of judgments, divorce decrees, name changes, probate orders, and adoption decrees from county and state courts.
If your destination country is a Hague Convention member, we route the certified record through the right Secretary of State or U.S. Department of State for apostille — and ship it out the same day.
Our service fee covers the order, the verification of your identity and authorization, the courier work, and the certified record arriving in your hands. State and federal filing fees are passed through at exact cost — never marked up.

Prices in U.S. dollars. State and federal filing fees vary by jurisdiction and record type — we email you the exact pass-through amount before placing the order. International courier (DHL/FedEx) quoted before dispatch.
Yes. We have routed records through every state vital-records office, plus federal agencies like USCIS and the Department of State. Each state has its own forms, fees, and authorization rules — we handle that paperwork end-to-end.
Most states require the record subject, a parent, child, spouse, or a person with documented legal interest (e.g. an estate executor) to authorize the request. We send you the right authorization form for the state involved and notarize it for you over RON.
Apostilles must come from the state that issued the record (or, for federal documents, the U.S. Department of State). We route the document to the correct authority and ship the apostilled original to your destination — including international courier if needed.
Was your record issued in another state or country? Our apostille handbook has the fee, the payee, the mailing address and the turnaround for every issuing authority in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Most retrieval requests are scoped within an hour during business hours. If you're flying out next week, mention the date — we'll quote you the realistic turnaround, not the brochure number.
