The one federative entity whose apostille office is NOT a Secretaría General de Gobierno: in Ciudad de México it is the DGJEL of the Consejería Jurídica y de Servicios Legales (CEJUR); the window is co-located with the Archivo General de Notarías. Trámite: "Legalización y/o Apostilla de firma y sello en documentos públicos expedidos por servidores públicos o Notarios Públicos de la Ciudad de México".
