R2-12-1305): personal knowledge (A.R.S. § 41-255(A)); credible witness appearing remotely (witness personally known to notary or verified by multi-factor authentication, R2-12-1305(D)); identity proofing via dynamic KBA (minimum 5 questions, 80% pass, R2-12-1305(C)); credential analysis by third-party automated process (R2-12-1305(B)). Biometric not listed as a standalone method
