RON: notarial fee capped at $5 per signature (RSMo 486.960); PLUS an additional "remote online notary transaction fee" with no statutory dollar cap, allowed only if agreed in advance and disclosed as "separate from the notarial fee... and... not mandated by law" (RSMo 486.1160). Standard, RSMo 486.685: acknowledgment "five dollars per signature"; jurat "five dollars per signature"; signature witnessing "five dollars per signature"; certified copy "one dollar per page certified with a minimum total charge of three dollars"; electronic notarial acts $5 per signature (RSMo 486.960). Travel fee allowed if agreed in advance and disclosed as separate/not mandated. Fee schedule must be conspicuously displayed (≥12-point type); no charge allowed for absentee-ballot/voter-registration notarizations; RON notary must be physically in Missouri (RSMo 486.1155)
