Max standard fee: "Not more than ten dollars ($10.00) per notarial act"; $10.00 per acknowledgment/signature/oath/certification/protest when multiple persons appear on a single record (WS 32-3-126(b)(i)-(ii)); travel fee allowed up to IRS standard mileage rate, agreed in advance and disclosed (WS 32-3-126(b)(iv)). Technology and travel fees must be agreed before the act and disclosed as separate from the notarial fee
